Return Policy 

Overview 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy. 

Section 1 – Returns 

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in like new or unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included. 

Section 2 – Return Process 

To return an item, please request to initiate a return request by emailing us at support@clncompany.com. In the subject line of the email include “RETURN; [model number]”. In the body of the email, please include the model number, production date, reason for return, and picture of the product. Each returned item will require a separate email. Please allow sufficient time for us to respond to your email and provide your shipping instructions. DO NOT ship your product back without receiving a response from us with instructions and an authorization number. 

Section 3 – Refunds 

After we receive your returned item and inspect the condition, we will process your refund.  

PLEASE NOTE: shipping is not refundable. 

Section 4 – Exchanges 

CLN Company LLC will exchange an Aquafacial device up to 12 months (365 days) from purchase due to device malfunction or failure not caused by consumer. All exchange requests must be initiated within 365 days of the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: No exchanges will be allowed for consumable products such as serums, toners, etc. 

Section 5 – Exchange Process 

To exchange an item, please request to initiate an exchange request by emailing us at support@clncompany.com. In the subject line of the email include “EXCHANGE; [model number; production date]”. In the body of the email, please include the model number, production date, reason for return, and picture/video of the product and the malfunction or failure. Each exchanged or returned item will require a separate email. Please allow sufficient time for us to respond to your email and provide your shipping instructions. DO NOT ship your product back without receiving a response from us with instructions and an authorization number. 

  

PLEASE NOTE: customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. CLN Company LLC is not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced during the shipping process.
